Thank you for taking the time to check out my webpage. My name is Jonathan DeWolfe and I am a Personal Trainer, Strength Coach and Functional Health Coach. I started my career working as a Personal Trainer in 2011. Over the past 12+ years I have studied extensively in the area's of exercise programming with specializations focused around body composition and weight loss, injury rehabilitation and mobility acquisition, sports performance, health and nutrition coaching.

I have been fortunate to work with clients from all walks of life during my career. This includes but is not limited to the general fitness population to high performance athletics: I have worked with:
- clients ranging from the age of 8-80
- Novice and new trainees
-advanced trainees who have trained for multiple decades.
- High performance athletics

- Post surgical rehabilitation

I am passionate and focused on helping individuals become the strongest and healthiest version of themselves. I coach my clients on how to take their health and fitness into their own hands. I work side by side with my client's guiding them towards their health, performance, and body composition goals.
