Working with Jonathan has been a game changer in taking my performance to the next level.


When I first met Jonathan I had just moved to Calgary after a successful university track and field career. I came to Calgary with the dream of making Canadian National Team for the Sport of Skeleton and representing Canada.


Once we began training I quickly realized that his training methodology was unparalleled to anything I had done prior. His ability to individualize strength training, nutrition and mobility have been eye opening. I made the National Team after 6 months of training with Jonathan and have attained new levels of strength, speed, and explosiveness. I have seen improvements in both body composition and recovery. With Jonathan's knowledge and expertise I am confident that we will achieve my goals of representing Canada at the Winter Olympic Games

I’ve trained with Jonathan since I was 16 years old, when I was preparing for varsity-level soccer. As a young athlete, Jonathan was extremely effective teaching me the importance of proper training technique and I have been able to remain injury free in the gym and in sport and have made constant progress over the past 7+ years. Jonathans interdisciplinary approach to training and nutrition helped me to identify individual aspects of my fitness that I could improve than had direct carry over to field play. He also quickly identified foods that I was intolerant to which immediately helped me to improve my performance and body composition. Through Jonathan's individualized programming and unwavering support I have found a confidence that I never knew I had, as well as a passion for strength and conditioning training that I will have for many years to come.
